Service Policy

Booking Policy 

When requesting to book, please inquire at least 3-5 days in advance to give enough time to schedule properly. Please plan your shoot accordingly.

Payment Policy 

To secure your photo session, a deposit is required. The remaining balance is due immediately following your shoot. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

Late Policy  

Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. Photoshoot time starts and ends at the time specified in their booking appointment. If additional time is needed by the client, a $100/hr fee will be added to the final payment. Please note, the total shoot time includes any prep needed by the client. (makeup, hair, outfit changes) Please arrive hair/makeup ready.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation 

Clients are allowed 1 reschedule if made within 2 days prior to booking. If clients reschedule or cancel after timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule a new shoot date. 

 

Turnaround Time

Clients will receive watermarked images via Pixieset within 48hrs of their photoshoot. Once images have been selected, there is a 5-10 day turnaround time. 

 

Rush Fee

If clients want images sooner than the turnaround time, a $100 rush fee is required. 

 

Location/Makeup/Hair/Wardrobe 

Clients are responsible for booking the location of their choice. Hair, makeup and wardrobe are all provided by the client. Recommendations are given if needed. Please remember that prep time is included, so it is best to come hair and makeup ready. 

 

Creative Direction 

For clients who are interested in creative setups, they will be sent a prop list. Some of which include, multi-colored backdrops, furniture, 60’s TV, telephones, flowers, fruit, suitcases, ect. Creative direction service rates are based on what is needed for the photo session. The starting rate is $350. 

 

Add-Ons

Additional Edits - $25 per photo. 

Additional People - $100 per person. 

Travel Fee - If outside of 15 mile radius, $1 per mile  

Raw images are for purchase.

Image Usage & Copyrights 

Clients may use images for personal use only. (Non-commercial use) 

As the creator of all images, I reserve and own the rights to all images. If client would like to obtain commercial licensing, fees and contracts will be discussed. 

 

By placing your deposit, you confirm and secure your session and agree to all terms and services listed above.
